The staff are friendly and eager to assist.
We checked in and immediately faced issues. The room was dirty and did not match what was advertised. Despite complaints, the hotel refused a refund when we opted not to stay due to the overall uncleanliness and bad odor.

The tranquil atmosphere allowed for a wonderful getaway, complemented by attentive bar staff and exceptional cocktails. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were highlights, showcasing an impressive array of tasty dishes. parking was rather distant from the main area, which was a bit inconvenient. The evening meal service could have benefitted from a quicker pace, as waits were notable. a lovely experience despite a few hiccups.

Beautiful Views, Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed incredible views and peaceful surroundings. The mini suite offered spacious comfort, but the dining experience at Flavours was disappointing due to long waits and some cold dishes. I'd advise guests to book off-peak times for meals and to explore local dining options nearby for better choices.

stunning, stunning, stunning
The views from the terrace are unbeatable, with sprawling vineyards stretched out like a beautiful green carpet. I spent my mornings sipping coffee while soaking in the gorgeous scenery around me. The breakfast options were delightful, and let’s not forget the refreshing cocktails by the pool that were just perfection on a hot day!
100% recommend 🥰🌟
