Unfortunately we had a room without a balcony or terrace. You should pay attention to this when booking.

The staff are friendly and eager to assist.
We checked in and immediately faced issues. The room was dirty and did not match what was advertised. Despite complaints, the hotel refused a refund when we opted not to stay due to the overall uncleanliness and bad odor.

Great location, very selected breakfast buffet, helpful staff
Hotel is also used by travel groups, which makes it a little bit bustling and loud. But if one adapts e.g. meal times to it, it is no problem at all.

The tranquil atmosphere allowed for a wonderful getaway, complemented by attentive bar staff and really good cocktails. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were highlights, showcasing an excellent array of tasty dishes. Parking was rather distant from the main area, a bit inconvenient. The evening meal service could have benefitted from a quicker pace, as waits were notable. A lovely experience despite a few hiccups.
